The Sound systems are easy to set up and instructions are provided.
A delivery, setup and pickup option is available within 15 mi of Dulles Airport (outside the beltway) at an added cost.

PRICING: Rental is for a 24 hr period with self pick-up and return, so you can pick-up the equipment the day of your event and return it the day after. Delivery and return pickup options are available at additional cost within a limited area around Dulles Airport. There is a hold deposit that you can pay on-line with your credit card.

‘A ‘ Systems for Smaller Events

System 'A.1' is very popular at the Craigslist special price is $79/day.
It’s a 250w complete professional sound/PA system (Fender Passport 250 Deluxe Plus) with an amplifier, mixer with inputs for 5 mics, CD player (CD audio only) and speakers. With the Passport you will have dance quality music for a gathering size of 20/25 people, (300 SF area) and listening music for an area of 150 people (750 sf): The Passport comes with complete with 1 mic and a CD player (not mp3s). Add our select music 4-hr playlists on a DVD to System A for just $30 (if you have a DVD player for mp3s, otherwise it is $39 for a the music and a DVD player, or rent music on an mp3 player for $39). See System A.3 add-on for additional power output)

System ‘A.2’ is our newest small complete PA system (Kustom Profile One) available at $49/day. Similar to the Passport but smaller, A.2 provides a 100w amp, mixer with input for 4 mics. A.2 is a large classroom size PA for listen music and public address for groups of up to 100 people (600 sf), and is not suited for dance music unless combined with ‘A.3’

A.3 add-on for A.1 and A.2
The dance level capacity of Systems A.1 and A.2 can be increased by adding a 15" self powered 300w subwoofer for $40 (special price). With the sub, System A.1 provides excellent dance music for up to 60 people (750 sf area) in a small footprint and A.2 would provide dance level music for up to 40 people (600 sf area).

‘B ‘ Systems for Medium Size Events (35 to 75 People)

System 'B' provides a 500w sound/PA system for $109/day
System B provides dance level output for up to 60 -75 people (800 sf area) and a PA for a room area of 200 people. The B system provides 2-15 inch 2-way speakers powered by a 500w mixing amp (no player included, must add at a cost of $10). Wire mics may be added at $4 ea; add a wireless mic for $17; and, add 4 hours of music from one of our playlists on an mp3 player for just $39.

‘C ‘ Systems for Larger Size Events (50 to 100 People)

System 'C' dance music for up to 90 people (1,000 sf area) priced at $125/day.
The basic C system provides a pair of 12in 400w each 2-way (800w total) self-powered speakers and cables, and a DI box to plug in your player (CD, Ipod or mp3). The $125 price does not include a player, music nor mics. A mixer must be added for microphones. The addition of a mixer and microphone is $15. A player is $10 and music is $30 to $65.

‘D ‘ Systems for Larger Size Events (75 to 200 People)

System D links System B & C (4-speaker system) for $ 225/day.
System D provides dance level music for a room of 150 – 200 guests (1,400 sf area) delivering 1300w RMS. The equipment is as described in Systems B & C (includes those systems.
To use System D for dance music, you will need a player and music (yours or ours).

System ‘E’ provides a 4-speaker 1600w sound system (for room of up to 200 guests) and mixer for $239
The system provides connectivity to microphones and players, supplying dance level music for a room of up to 200 guests. Microphones and players are additional cost.

(Note that in addition our pre-selected playlists provided on an mp3 player at $39, you can request your own selection of songs (adds $30 to price ). Note that if you use your own music on IPods or mp3 players with our systems with 128 bit or less copies, you will have reduced power output and decreased sound quality. High power amplification systems that we rent will have reduced sound output using 96 - 128 bit rate songs typical of IPod and mp3 downloads. The consequence of this is that the # of people the system will handle with loud clear music is reduced by 20% or more. The mp3 songs that we provide are usually 320 bit and at least 192 bits (CD audio quality): our songs will sound much better than your lower bit versions. CD audio is the best sound out-put, and our systems capacity is based in CD audio quality.

Karaoke Add-ons: Two Karaoke rental options available with a sound-system rental. Option 1 is $39 and provides a CAVs player and 1,000 karaoke songs (60s -90s hits). You must have a TV or monitor with composite out or SVHS connectors (video display not included in this price). Option 2 is $69 and requires your own PC to us. We provide software that will play digital karaoke and include digital karaoke songs from 3 decades or genre of your choice from our 6,000 digital songs. Add a 19" LCD monitor for display for $10.

Above pricing is for self-pick and return of equipment. The equipment and music must be returned 24 hours after pickup. The equipment may also be rented for an additional day for 20% additional cost or rented for 5 days for an additional 75% added to the 24-hr rate
The Delivery and Set-up and pick-up option adds from $40 to $180 to pricing (15-mile limit from zip 20171 (Dulles Airport area) outside the beltway – we don’t deliver inside the beltway).
'Just Delivery to your location' (customer returns equipment), the delivery price is $20 to $95. The Set-up option adds up to $30.
The Delivery; Setup & Return Option, ranges from $40 to $180 (depends on system rented and distance - this option is only available in VA outside the Beltway (between Rt 66, Rt. 7, Rt 123 and Rt 15).
